Video-Rate Imaging h3he Ganymede OCT system balances the sensitivity of the detector with the speed at which the image can be acquired. With an A-Scan rate of 29 kHz, the Ganymede can produce 29 fps with 512 lines per frame. At this speed, the Ganymede is an excellent general-purpose system that can image live biological samples as well as rapidly produce 2D en face images and 3D images.
Highest Sensitivity The Callisto OCT imaging system has the highest sensitivity of any of Thorlabs' OCT systems. The sensitivity directly corresponds to the smallest change in the index of refraction in the sample that can be resolved.
