NANOTECH 250UPLThis is a ultra precision 2, 3 or 4-axis CNC diamond turning lathe with PC-based control. Considered by many as one of the most accurate diamond turning machine with a 1.0nm programming resolution and a 0.034 nm feedback resolution. It is used for the production of optical lenses, mirrors and mold inserts.
NANOTECH 450UPLThe 450UPL is a dual axis ultra precision machining system suitable for both single point diamond turning and micro-grinding of optical components up to 450mm diameter. Typical applications include the manufacture of components for the electro-optics, defence, aerospace, consumer electronics and computer industries.
NANOTECH 350FGBased on the successful 450UPL platform, this is a Ultra Precision 3-axis freedom generator, expandable to five axis with the optional B and C rotary axes. This machine is typically used for on-axis turning of aspheric and toroidal surfaces; slow slideservo machining of freeform surfaces; raster flycutting of freeforms; linear diffractives, and prismatic optical structures.
